PROGRAM REGISTRATION
All registrations for coaching programs, analysis sessions, consultations, or academy activities are subject to availability and approval.
Participants or guardians are responsible for providing accurate and complete information during registration.
Tareq Ziad Football Programs reserve the right to refuse or cancel registrations when necessary for operational or disciplinary reasons.
TRAINING PARTICIPATION
Participants are expected to:
- Arrive on time for scheduled sessions
- Follow coaching instructions respectfully
- Maintain appropriate sportsmanship and behavior
- Wear suitable football training equipment
- Respect coaches, teammates, and academy facilities
Unsafe, aggressive, or disruptive behavior may result in temporary or permanent removal from programs without refund.
HEALTH & SAFETY
Participants and guardians acknowledge that football training involves physical activity and inherent risk of injury.
By participating in any session or program, users confirm that:
- The participant is physically capable of training
- Any relevant medical conditions have been disclosed
- Participation is voluntary and at the participant’s own risk
Parents or guardians remain responsible for minors during transportation and outside official training hours.
PAYMENTS & FEES
Program fees, private sessions, and analysis services must be paid according to the agreed schedule.
Failure to complete payment may result in:
- Suspension from sessions
- Cancellation of registration
- Restricted access to academy activities
Prices and program structures may change without prior notice.
REFUND POLICY
Refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
Refunds may not be available for:
- Missed sessions
- Voluntary withdrawals
- Violations of academy rules
- Late cancellations
Exceptional circumstances may be considered at management discretion.

- Adjust training schedules
- Change session locations
- Modify coaching staff
- Cancel sessions due to weather, safety, or operational conditions
